The first task is to formally identify those who are orphans.  This is not as simple as it might at first seem.  

There is a government grant available for those caring for orphans.  However, many do not receive the grant - how can they when they have not been identified as orphans.  This project seeks to initiate the process for getting grants to those entitled to them.

There are many in need of even the basics.  While grants are being applied for (and this can take time), some children are going hungry.  This project seeks to identify the most needy and provide for them.

Children not having relatives are not supported.  This project seeks to provide living accommodation for children in their local environment rather than in institutions. 

Though there is schooling for all, stationary and books must be supplied by the students.  This project seeks to enable the children to get their education, not missing out because they do not have their equipment.
