There are orphans living without adults who depend on the charity of neighbors for food.  

Orphans fortunate enough to be living with grand parents can also suffer hardship.  There may be many orphans living with their grand mother, all relying on one pension for their needs.  

MusaweNkosi seeks to provide food for those who can not provide for themselves.
